- Network errors, outages, updates, or failures beyond the platform's control.
- Suspensions occurring even when the user complies with sending limits or without a clear reason.
Limitation of Liability + Indemnification (Indemnification)

- The platform shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of customers, loss of goodwill/reputation, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

ProtectionUse of the platform is prohibited in any of the following cases:
- Sending spam, random bulk messages, or causing disturbance to users.
- Fraudulent messages, phishing, impersonation, or malicious links.
- Sending content that violates laws or regulations (defamation, threats, hate speech, illegal materials).
